This is a network of user-run streaming radio stations that play all genres of music. There are an endless number of independent, hardcore, emo, etc stations that you can submit your music to and even check out some new music for yourself.
Epitonic
Streaming radio that lets you choose exactly which genre of music you would like to hear. In adding your band to epitonic, you have a chance at getting a few spins as well.
Last.FM
A radio that connects users straight with the right music without having to do mind-numbing searches and scrolling endless playlists. You can submit your own music to the station's massive collection and get listener feedback and play statistics.
RadioAid
Gives listeners the chance to hear groups that dodge the pitfalls of the music industry and create music that you can't pigeon hole as sounding just like this band or that band. This service may cost you about $30 but the exposure on this network may very well be worth the dough.
SpankRadio
The purpose of SpankRadio.com is to give more airplay and exposure to indie bands and indie music. They are a non-commercial internet-only radio site that can be heard world-wide. Free submissions are accepted and considered.
RevolvingRadio
An internet-only radio station playing an eclectic, evolving mix of indie rock music. This site gets the word out for sure and it shows in their site statistics. It would be beneficial for any band to be on this playlist.
RadioIndy
A place where digital downloads of independent artist's music create a new future for both listeners and artists. A tad rugged site design but a decent traffic flow for a modest amount of extra exposure.
